Delivery & Returns
EvE PRODUCTS - All information below applies to customers and orders in Bangladesh
Delivery:
All deliveries in Bangladesh are handled by the best fulfilment services Bangladesh has to offer. We have partnered with the best to make sure you get your goods fast and stress free. Delivery details below:
Inside Dhaka: Standard Delivery ( 1-3 Working days)
Next Day Delivery: 24 hours (inside Dhaka only, Next Working day, if ordered before 3:00pm)
Please Note: Our order processing teams are closed on Fridays and Saturdays so If ordered on a Friday or Saturday, order will be processed on Sunday and will be delivered on Monday.
Immediate Delivery: All immediate deliveries must be ordered before 4.30pm and must be paid in advance via Bkash or Cards.
Please Note: No immediate deliveries on Fridays and Saturdays. If immediate delivery is paid in advance for Friday or Saturday. Order will be delivered on next working day but if customer wishes to not receive the product anymore, they can request a refund.
Outside Dhaka:
Standard Delivery (4-6 Working days) 200 Taka
(Prices may differ during promotions)
INSTANT DELIVERY (UBER):
- Order needs to be inside Dhaka
- Only applicable between 10am to 4.30pm
- Service may not be possible during certain times
- Has to be paid in advance using Bkash or credit card online
- Delivery fee: 100 taka needs to be paid in advance.
- No returns allowed during delivery. Delivery has to be kept by customer, refunds or exchange will be processed separately.
International Delivery:
Process of International Delivery:
Due to the global Economic crisis and USD to Taka currency rate increasing, delivery rates from Bangladesh to outside the country have increased and has become heavily unpredictable. To accommodate our customers, we are having to temporarily take an unconventional route to give you the best possible delivery rates.
Below is the new process for International Delivery:
- Customers directly contacts us on our Facebook, Instagram or email to create an order.
- Customer provides their full address
- We then check the delivery cost from delivery companies and then give quotation to customer
- We send customer full invoice to make payment via card or Bkash.
- Once payment is made, we delivery to the product to the customers.
Terms & Conditions:
- All our international deliveries are handled by DHL Express.
- All shipping terms and conditions are followed as per DHL rules and regulations.
- Customers will be able to track their shipping using DHL Tracking and the tracking number provided in Mail. DHL Tracking Link
- Depending on the shipping destination and weight, the rates will vary.
- During purchase, customers will be able to see the rate of shipping cost.
- RETURNS AND EXCHNAGES- Customers will have to pay for to send back their own product and will have to ship it back themselves. They will then have to pay again for delivery of the new product.
- NO REFUND- Due Bangladesh Bank official restrictions we cannot refund payments at this moment. You can make a product exchange but you have to pay the shipping cost again.
Customs:
Shipments from our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country if applied. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, EvE cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price
CANCELLATION:
If you regret your purchase before the goods are shipped from our warehouse, it’s best to give us a call or send us an email as soon as possible. Because service is really important to us, we send goods out within a few hours, so you need to be quick to cancel your order! In many cases when payment is made using Credit or Debit card, if you aren’t fast enough to cancel, then refund will be made with the interest rate deducted.
Our delivery person will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. After 3 attempts, if you are unable to receive your order, order will be cancelled.
Customers will have to pay Delivery Charge/Cancellation fee 100 Taka inside Dhaka and 150/200 Taka outside Dhaka to delivery person if they do not want to receive the product, they have ordered from the delivery person
PLEASE NOTE:
- We are currently only processing returns inside Bangladesh.
- Clearance items cannot be returned but can be exchanged
- The product needs to be in its original state and all original tags must be attached to return or exchange the product. Otherwise, product will be sent back to the customer and refund will not be processed.
- Customers are only allowed 1 Free of Cost Exchange. Delivery charges (fixed rate 100 Taka) will be applied for further exchanges but we will not allow more than 2-3.
- We only provide refunds for the product, we do not refund delivery charge.
- Refund time cannot be guaranteed but should be done within 7-10 days. Refunds are only processed once we receive the product back from the customer and we are able to do quality check.
- Refunds can take longer than mentioned as some products may take longer than usual time due to unforeseen complications and circumstances from our delivery partners.
- We deduct TK.100 from refunds for all returns.
- Refunds are only process on Bkash in Bangladesh. We do not process any refunds on Banks, Nagads or by any other method.
- Customers will have to pay Delivery Charge/Cancellation fee 100 Taka inside Dhaka and 150/200 Taka outside Dhaka if they do not want to receive the product.
- Trial during Delivery is still free if a customer keeps a product. If a customer decides against taking any product, they will have to pay cancellation fee.
